@seetickets I’ve just emailed them and it has an auto reply that it could take up to 3 days to respond!!!! Meaning it will be too late to book the tickets … is there nothing else anyone can do? Just cannot believe there is no easier way to facilitate disability tickets!

@centerparcsfr - telling us ‘be lucky on arrival’ would not help us in any way to access and get around the park with our son! Cannot believe no one is prepared to help us! Now trying to cancel trip!

@KitbagUK @Carters168 We’ve had the same experience. Countless emails. Phone calls. Then the shirt arrived. Totally wrong name. Third time this has happened with this company. Won’t be using again. Now I can see how many people have the same experience. What a shambles.
