Any time I get a range or band like that, I always ask them for the top of the band or higher (and I get it). Bands are dumb and they ALWAYS try to low ball. Glad you turned them down. Good luck on your search - if I hire any time soon I’ll keep you in mind!

fwiw, within 36 hours of realizing (and finally not ignoring) that I had mast cell issues, I was 75% better. *****75%******
I now work, have less brain fog, zero tachy, and a LOT less issues. Is this the same for everyone? NO but isn't it worth the exploration 4 the relief???

I know this is just anecdotal but when I first went to the dr after Covid + when I suspected I had LC, she insisted on running an HIV test. INSISTED even though I had literally ZERO chance of having it. Obvs it was negative but she said (way back then) that is presents the same.

If you suspect you have MCAS, the fastest path to relief is a low histamine diet - for me, it was the first major turn around in LC and PEM. It took less than 36 hours. I eventually dialed in which H1/H2 combo and supps work best for me but the relief initially was /1

I’m cautiously waiting for some additional verification. Dr. Tiff is usually pretty thorough (which is what scares me about this) but even the most well intentioned creators can get swept up in fear/hype (maybe it’s wishful thinking that it is all going to be OK).
