Hypochloremia.Key mechanisms: 1️⃣ GI Losses: Vomiting/NG suction/Diarrhea etc 🚰 - HCl depletion etc 2️⃣ Renal Losses: Diuretics (loop/thiazide) 🚽 - Na/Cl wasting. 3️⃣ Decreased intake - low , Dilution D5W, Too much 🥤 Understand the cause to guide treatment!
