@Talentlesskun I loved the fight scene between Toshiro and Laios because it’s not just Laios’s ignorance for social cues showing, but Toshiro actually expressing his frustrations aloud. Like the flashback where it shows Laios saying “c’mon, tell me about other countries” and Toshiro is just.

@Talentlesskun needs to reach her. His fight with Laios was also a wakeup call to Toshiro’s self-destructive pursuit of the woman he admires, his hope that the deed of saving her would be enough to get her to say yes. I really like that scene, for both characters.

@Talentlesskun ed to Falin? Maybe I’m just projecting now, but it feels like Toshiro’s pursuit of Falin was not only out of desperation to save Falin (does he know about dragon digestion?), but also to prove to everyone that he really is dedicated to her, so much that he would go without basic.
