Gege did this with the one woman who is the closest to them, and he explicitly stated that he can't picture Gojo having a girlfriend or opening up his heart to any women. I think he had made it quite clear that he's not going to do the "typical shonen marriage ending" with Gojo.

Gojos VA clearly states that in the manga, we don't see how he feels abt girls, so it's hard to say how he feels about the opposite sex. But that when girls come up to him, he's used to it, since it's always been that way. No where does he insinuate gojo doesn't like women.
