@rawsalerts I think the odds are going to increase to the point we will actually have to do something about it. I think it will be a great moment in human history that will unite us, this is something we have the capabilities to accomplish.

@tphuang @teortaxesTex I want to say that it’s impossible. To this day I don’t really know any large software companies that have been able to keep a flat hierarchy and have healthy incentives with respect to promotions.
