Don't sexualize the VAs behind the characters. Sexualizing Characters is completely fine but there should be an obvious line between actor and character.

Can I say something maybe controversial?
I don't like how some people talk about wyll and gale regarding mizora and mystra.
Imo in both cases the men were very much taken advantage of by very powerful beings and this whole "its their own fault" just doesn't sit right with me.

I genuinely thought the discourse about ascended Astarion vs. Spawn astarion was not that serious? Like I thought It was mostly in a joking matter or just meant as a light discussion.
People get actually super serious and mean about it?
Anyways.. I like both.

I will not start hating Dammon now (but I can understand if people now feel icky about him) because I can pretty easily seperate the VA from a Character.
For me it would be a totally different thing if the writer of the character were problematic. Hope that makes sense.

May I also add this scene? Where he reacts to the drow twins wanting to have sex with both of you. And he openly says no, but I think the "yet" is important, and him later on openly stating he wants sex with you on his grave.
So he learns to say what he wants. ☺️

While i completely agree that trigger warnings are important.. people who play bg3 should be aware that it is a mature game and a lot of horrible things happen in it.
Being surprised by a character choking another one is a little strange to me? 🫣

Btw I very much like and understand the appeal of dominant Astarion but I hc him as being pretty submissive when he trusts the other person involved and he just played being dominant with a lot of people from his past because he thought that was expected from him. 🫣

can i be real right now? rejecting him was the easiest for me in comparison with other companions not because I like him less but because with him i'm completely sure he will be ok. and he would never hold it against me. Not that the others would but I hope you know what I mean.

In general, I think it's kinda wird to change the looks of the companions completely. Of course, do whatever you want in your game, but I don't understand why someone would even want to change them and make them unrecognisable. 🫣

I laugh at everyone who thinks Wyll is just this nice boring dude. He says stuff like this out of the blue. he's very much not only good but I think that makes the companions all so interesting to me. Everyone of them has many different sides to them. Some good, some bad.

You have to learn to look at artists you admire and learn from them instead of getting discouraged that you will never be this good.
Looking at art from others is important, but don't get lost in comparing your art with them
