It’s not discrimination. As a biz I would only want vaxxed employees, along with offering wkspace with ventilation & mandatory masking, cuts down on biz costs. Vaxx aren’t a magical bullet, won’t be enough on their own (masks, ventilation, testing, sick lv etc).
