I never understood why Israel didn’t say this on October 8th. They should have exhibited zero tolerance, and offered nothing but total destruction, to the enemy that attacked them in that way. They would have been fully justified in doing so and more importantly - it would have worked.

@SweetJannyTime personally i am not, but i know many, many investors are. the directors only recommended the revised bid (84c) bec it fell into the 'reasonable' value range (83c-1.24) which per my reasoning was clearly manipulated downwards in a very straightforward (fake) manner

Ofc there was tons of other egregious stuff in the report (fake multiple selection; arbitrary discounts within the operating segments well below comp multiples; etc etc) but this particulr chicanery - just randomly taxing the equity value another $100mm, for no reason - was accepted, and signed off, by the Board. Any legal eagles out there think there's a case here? 🙏🙏
