Very good set of results by $FLOW Flow Traders. 1.47€ EPS in Q4 while I was expecting something around 0.8€. The market was clearly not giving sufficient importance to the change in capital allocation towards trading capital. 30%+ increase in equity and trading capital in just a year is huge.

News are pointing more towards 20x than 15x. We’ll see. The assets are of very high quality and there many buyers with full pockets. They are also planning for a spinoff of the mobile network with MasOrange which could add good value, leaving eventually a quite asset light structure

@grn_investing @ragingbullcap A large tender offer would be also very value accretive for shareholders (if they truly believe their carbon credit value). Given they have been quite active with buybacks this may be an option on top of the table
