Government harmonizes the retirement age for civil servants. The Retirement/Pensionable age is now 65 following the approval by HE President E.D Mnangagwa in consultation with the Public Service Commission. All Civil servants can now retire at 65 without applying for extension.

The Regulator has advised that PSMAS AGM that was scheduled for 30 June 2022 has been cancelled on his orders to allow completion of a forensic audit at PSMAS that is underway. Government workers should therefore not travel for the AGM but report for duty as usual.
