@NealZeller Ha! If you ever find “chuck eye steaks” … buy all of them. Besides ribeye I think they’re the best grilling cut of beef, and usually they’re half the price. Rarely see them, though.

It tasted like grilled roast beef! I never contemplated that roast beef tasted different on its own - I thought it was cooking method. Nope. Tender enough - but leaner or grass fed beef might be tougher, fair warning.

@DamonGochneaur @PGA Man, I’m just glad you and I don’t have that kind of marriage. I’m always happy when she goes out with the ladies and she’s equally happy when I get a chance to golf. (I always hope those posts are fake engagement bait, but they do make me think.)
