They’re probably talking ab her waist to hip ratio. You can tell she’s quite overweight but most of her fat isn’t around her stomach, it’s around her thighs (and probably her arms tbh) which will give her a nice shape when she loses the fat.

They both have similar causes. Many people develop restrictive eds with the intention of becoming more frail, delicate, etc so they can be cared for. Like age regression, this is often caused by a lack of attention and care being given to the child in their developmental years.
