I’m afraid as I thought this committee wouldn’t lead to better legislation, but weaker protections from coercion and for vulnerable people. I can’t see myself changing my vote, even if open to the prospect.
EXCLUSIVE Kim Leadbeater will scrap the sign-off from a High Court judge for assisted dying. She will table amendment to replace it with expert panel - senior lawyer, psychiatrist and social worker. Judge-led commission will oversee panels. Full story in tomorrow’s Guardian

Yet another cracking #ConGain in Lancashire. Labour lost the seat and knocked into third place….Nearly as bad as getting knocked into 4th place in Fylde recently. No doubt Keir will keep bragging about his massive majority at PMQs, with his fingers in his ears.

@cooper20vt @goosedoofus No there were rounds of funding as there are thousands of eligible stations. We got swanwick and hedge end into the latest round, then Labour cancelled it. I asked in the house so it’s all on record

@goosedoofus Hi there. No none yet, money was scrapped by the new government and are assessing their commitment to the programme. Huge issue that’s been hindered by the new government

@ExcludedFighter @ExcludedUK I was a member of the old one but happen to join. Since the GE they’ve tightened how many MPs can join (wrongly) and I’ll see if I’m still on my quota
