There is no hack to marketing & sales for early-stage startups. When you start providing value to a niche community consistently, they will start joining you. Took me many months to realise it.

@tom_doerr Good open-source crawlers already exist. Building custom GPTs is straightforward and already well documented. So is the tool's USP that it converts crawled data into JSON format so creating custom GPTs becomes a 1-step process?
