@Ary_Mulchandani Agree that a significant % of 2019-22 vintage will underperform Strong disagree that no. of active funds will go down - new funds will emerge - My bet is on net additions

Ever so often I am impressed by a post on here and the X algorithm shows me the original one that the author has sought 'inspiration' from! Plagiarism can't hide for long esp. as the algo optimises for similar content Reduces the chances of folks taking you seriously!

I’m increasingly convinced that there are only four attributes worth screening for when hiring: 1. Curiosity 2. Persistence 3. Humility 4. Sales They are, unfortunately, incredibly difficult to discern in an 30 minute interview (how most people structure interviews)
