Have gone from ~74 to ~68 kgs (while putting on decent muscle and strength) in ~8 months. Good diet, regular workouts, good sleep & keeping an active lifestyle has helped tons!. 10/10 recommend; quality of life improves tons. Next target is to get down to 15% body fat.

PE is actually not as cracked as people think it is . VC isn’t finance. Index funds while great, can only work as long as active funds also exist, so it’s better to have a mix in your portfolio.
