@MadMadprophet @SBakerMD Must be genetics of some sort. I've heard from people in the construction industry, also, that some have almost no calluses and others have so many they have to soak their hands (and feet, some people) to remove them fairly often.

The modernization of human nutrition, based on flawed science, has been problematic for the past 100 years, especially in the last 40. Pushing the same advice and guidelines repeatedly, despite their role in making the public sicker, is not very wise. Returning to an ancestral diet, consisting primarily of animal-source foods, is the solution for the ancient human body in modern times. π₯©π§π₯π₯ππ¦ππ§π―

There is only one cholesterol molecule. Not two, "good" and "bad". Cholesterol is essential for cell membranes, hormone production, bile acid synthesis, vitamin D synthesis, and much more. It is astonishing how medical establishments push such blatant lies, and the majority of medically trained doctors have no clue about it.
