My T1D son (now 21) takes 10 to up to 30g glucose a day. I don't because I'm not t1d. But we eat the same - under 30g carbo a day for over 10 years. My ketones and his are the same....about 0.2 to 0.4 mM. Pretty typical if you've been VLC for awhile. Its not a metric I value, tbh.

@EconTaxesBTC @ItIsMikeFitz If you are eating about 30g of carbs a day and you have to make multiple 10g corrections during the day, you'll still be in ketosis, and even if you aren't you need the corrections infinitely more than you need the ketosis.
