I am not a dr. I don't have even 0.1% of the knowledge Drs have. They have struggled hard to reach where they are. I have respects for Drs. But i can assure you that i can lower the meds or help achieve remission for Type2 diabetes if anyone is ready to adopt low carb.

One more video where "Nan" is fried in "engine oil". Don't know which country, but we know that similar things happen even in india. Such "engine oils" can cause cancers, heart disease, diabetes & other metabolic disorders . Avoid eating these junks, be it Indian or western.

Anup @dlifein and me worked on a cancer case. This case had a brain tumour surgery done & was on chemotherapy. Pure vegetarian & no eggs also. His Hba1c was 6.9 in Jul’23. We gave a vegetarian low carb higher protein diet in the month of Aug’23. His Hba1c is 4.9 in Jan'24

I was always a vegetarian. I did have eggs as a kid but this was for a brief period & then occasionally only. But when I was diagnoses with Type 2 diabetes i shifted to higher protein diet & included eggs. This was thanks to Anup @dlifein that I learnt low carb. I did a good.

Can we all dump marie biscuits & rusks which are usually recommended with tea by many "authorities"?.They don't know that its made if refined flour, sugars and transfat. Instead take some salted nuts or peanuts or channa. Better yet. just enjoy the tea / coffee without any.

If you don't have diabetes then take some steps to prevent it:. 1) Get off all ultra-processed junks.2) Minimize sugars.3) Start lowering grains/millets & replace with class 1 or complete protein sources. 4) Start some form of exercise.5) Get Lab tests for Vitamin D, B12 & Iron.

India specific tweet:. It's better to measure levels of Iron, Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D instead of "Cholesterol". In almost all cases I find everyone has their "Cholesterol" report in hand while in dark about Iron, B12 & D. Widespread deficiency for these exists . Get these.
