Took my wife for our first drive in the Model S Plaid tonight. She told me to punch it and I obliged....it scared the crap out of her--she said she felt her organs move, but then she giggled like a toddler for the next 20 minutes 🤣

Why is EV "journalism" so shitty? You need 136K gas stations because that's the only way you can fuel your gas car. Most EV owners fuel-up every night, at home, and start the day with a full tank. If you're gonna count 136K gas stations, count every house with electricity🙄

IMO one of the biggest comms mis-steps of the movement is using "xC temp rise" -- it's a measure only meaningful to climate scientists. The general public hears it as "it'll be in the upper 70s instead of the mid 70s next week" and kinda shrugs
