We need to do a selective breeding program on raccoons. They’re right under primates in terms of intelligence, have thumbs, and aren’t strong enough to rip our limbs off. We already have the tech to pull this off!.
Gene editing and a breeding program directed at making chimpanzees less smelly and violent and more intelligent could result in a more able class of assistants than robotic technologies on a shorter time horizon.

My 3D printer works pretty well as an incubator. Keeping the heatbed at 28°C stabilizes the enclosure temperature to 28°C after a couple hours. Grew some bioluminescent bacteria
