Let it steep about 10 minutes. I sweeten with honey. I like peppermint in with it. You can add anything you want. I'm making a tintcure for the nebulizer. I'll keep ya posted on that one.

I have COPD and it sure helps me greatly. So does Tumeric. I make an herbal tea with the Mullien and peppermint and do a tumeric cap every day. Makes a world of difference.

@StonerDadYYC It's a soul thing Stoner. It goes way beyond this plane. We were so lucky to find each other in this life and we both knew that. We loved each other hard because of that. His death has taught me time is short. To love hard, let those you do love know, and to make memories.
