This particular place (that I do not know the name of) does, in fact, have people listed in place for instances such as this where their (I'm gonna go with) Guardian/etc comes in and helps them with basic understanding and signing the forms if that's ultimately what they wish.

My mom was abused in her childhood, and first marriage. She didn't know how to broach most, if any, subjects about sex (or anything revolving consent) other than Just Don't Have Sex. School gave me the real tools I needed in the brief sex Ed classes I had (& parenting class,etc).

If we all deserve a home, why can't people on disability afford any of them (or the future homes that are being built)? Why are there still so many people living on the streets, unable to obtain/secure proper, accessible housing? Will these homes be accessible?
Doubt it.
Every Canadian deserves an affordable place to call home. That is why we are helping build 4 million more homes across the country—including on public lands. We are making the math work for builders to help families to get that new set of keys sooner.

As someone who just got on the CDCP because I have a DTC, you need a Disability Tax Credit (DTC) to be able to be eligible. It was the whole reason I knew I could even bother when I heard about it — because I'm one of the lucky ones with a DTC.
This is blatant misinformation.

Canada is in a recession, mate. We all need to accept it. We need to focus on helping the homeless and those poverty stricken.
Hotels will get filled. People kicked out of parks EVEN MORE aggressively, shooed away from streets and stopped from "loitering" for these 'tourists'.
This is the response we get from housed people when calling out their ignorance. It's unacceptable. When a sports event of this size happens, it displaces untold homeless people. Again and again.
$300 million could have us all housed.
