Good thread - need more than a trello board for a web3 legaltech project tho. Spoonfeeding high-risk multidisciplinary alphabet soup to each perspective is the biggest challenge for me. Productizing that has taken a while.

For example, no one mentions Bitcoin and Delivery v Payment anymore but that was the business process it disrupted. Along the way others became better at DvP and Bitcoin became a store of value.
Legal Product in web3: It's simple to start by automating traditional contract processes. Increases aggregation & rent-seeking power. But the disruption, and the ecosystem profits, come in by OBVIATING traditional processes.

The rare disease struggle is straight-up dystopian → Parents launching a GoFundMe to save their kids → Promising treatments killed because they threaten shareholder value → $1 TRILLION economic burden (US alone!) Imagine having a cure in front of you and being told, “nah, not profitable” It’s time for a system that puts PEOPLE first

For the last two weeks I have lived the BUSINESS problem a "smart contract legal tech platform" must solve. Same as 10 years ago. Problem: Communication w/ siloed multidisciplinary expert stakeholders. Nothing wastes more money or kills more projects.
