@tferriss Start with the bicep in a flexed position, and inhale on the eccentric, exhale on the concentric. Slowly increase the range in a pain free arc. The aim is constant tension into the belly of the muscle, and building intensity.

@breath_Guy @hubermanlab It’s actually really fun with the kettlebell. Great for the grip and biceps too. I like to carry 45 minutes in one direction then when the alarm goes, carry back.
