@levelsio Being old enough to have lived through the birth of the WWW, and lucky enough to have worked in SF from 98-02, I couldn't agree more. Recent developments in GenAI give me that exact same vibe, except it seems to be evolving much faster... Exciting times!

@daveg Agreed. Was just explained that to reset my 2FA account I needed to call Apple (if I had an iphone) and that there was absolutely nothing BA could do..... Lots of people seem to have same issue and BA customer support is absolutely useless with a "computer says no" attitude :-(
