@airindia Airindia express flight numbers starts with IX not AI. So I couldn’t locate the flight on their website. Can you help me with the equivalent flight number of AI9444 to airindia express

It’s been more than 20 days still no response. This is how you are supporting customer care. What is stopping you to not send back the documents. It’s my documents, and you have no rights to hold those documents.
