I’ve been doing a progesterone experiment for the past couple months and I feel SO GOOD.
I wish I had known about this 20 years ago when I started struggling with what I know now were excess estrogen symptoms.
It’s crazy how heavy menstrual bleeding is normalized by doctors.
I used to have debilitating heavy bleeding monthly, I’ve seen many doctors and they all said it was normal.
When in reality it’s a symptom of copper/iron dysregulation and excess estrogen.
You can tell this psychiatrist is not ensouled. Very evil physiognomy.
This woman’s problem is totally fixable (she looks visibly hypothyroid), yet she is one of the millions of patients failed by allopathic medicine.
Can any of you functional medicine/ light therapy Docs help this desperate lady with depression who is about to leave behind a husband and 2 boys - because alopathic medicine can't help her

If you have a chronic illness, I have 3 tips for you:
1. Stop listening to doctors and start listening to people on social media that have reverted those illnesses.
2. Stop going to support forums, they are a competition to see who’s sicker.
3. Believe you can improve.
The ugly consequences of getting a total hysterectomy to “treat” endometriosis at a young age.
This woman had access to the best doctors in the world and it’s wild she wasn’t recommended lifestyle changes or bioidentical progesterone therapy before taking such drastic measures.
Pregnant women are told to avoid raw meat, raw dairy, raw fish, deli meat, hairdye, tattoos, saunas, and most pharmaceutical drugs, but somehow they have been convinced an experimental medical treatment is completely safe.
The “progesterone only mini pill” ruined my health and caused me to develop Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, depression, anxiety, weight gain, celiac disease AND my periods got worse.
There is nothing “light” or “mini” about it, many women’s lives have been ruined by this pill, that by
@JulianaLung
Hey girly are you aware that Opill is a mini pill ie it’s progesterone only? Feels like maybe that should be a thing you’re aware of before you spread misinformation to thousands of people!

So you’re saying he’s well educated, attractive, healthy and successful. I like him even more now. Also reported for doxing. We don’t hate journalists enough.
Being a health nut gets really expensive once you get to the point of drinking only clean water, EMF protection, only organic foods and clean supplements… But it’s still cheaper than the cost of being sick!!!
Cannot wait to have my nutritionist degree so I can tell every idiot who parrots “I am a nutritionist meat is bad for you” as a way to silence me that I am one too.
I’m so petty I might even get a PhD someday just to spite these people.
There’s a whole subreddit named r/lionsmanerecovery for people who were “harmed” by lion’s mane lmao
I wonder what brands they were taking because all the symptoms they describe sound like heavy metal poisoning.
Non-organic mushrooms can contain heavy metals.
I don’t like Lena Dunham but having celebs claim that a total hysterectomy is the only solution to endometriosis will clearly influence other women (with less money and less access to good specialists) to go down the same path of self destruction.
Can someone explain to me why people are putting their healthy children on a carnivore diet? Carnivore is an elimination diet for people with autoimmune and other health problems... These kids are gonna end up orthorexic or with a full eating disorder.

I was drugged for 14 years by quack psychiatrists who were too inept to test me for celiac disease.
I lost my career, marriage, friends and independency to benzos.
Benzos also ruined my gut health and withdrawal almost killed me.

I’ll never understand how the medical industry convinced women it’s healthy to insert plastic in your body for any amount of time.
Research breast implant illness.
I still can’t believe I reverted my endometriosis.
It’s pretty wild to think I used to have disabling pain 80% of the time and was told it was chronic and genetic.
Sounds like a lot of you need to take more lion’s mane… not less 😭
Among other things, lion’s mane can help with:
- Gut health
- Cognitive function
- Nervous system support
- Immune system function
- Nerve regeneration
- Anti-inflammatory effect
- Heart health
AVOID MILK
It’s not optimized for humans.
Cow milk completely lacks the beneficial HMOs (indigestible sugars) found in human milk.
Lactose rapidly spikes blood sugar.
It’s inflammatory and creates stalls in weight loss
Also hinders ketosis (fat burning).
Give up the milk.
Let’s brag about the things that really matter in life: My poop has been 100% perfect on the Bristol scale this week, something I didn’t think was possible after gluten intoxication.

Trying to convince a copper toxic + excess estrogen person that their health symptoms aren’t solved with a magic pill or surgery isn’t an easy task.
They often get aggressive or dismiss you (this is the excess copper high estrogen talking), but it’s worth a try, because in the
Remember this guy? He made it to quite a few raw vegan compilations for looking quite malnourished and promoting raw veganism.
His last insta post shows he’s eating eggs and what looks like meat, and he says he’s feeling more balance mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

A very debilitating symptom I must say, I couldn’t even leave my house because I was bleeding so much, and had to take meds to reduce the bleeding.
I have fainted too.
But somehow this is normal to doctors and they tell you it can’t be that bad or debilitating 🙄
Unless you’re trying to conceive there’s no medical reason to have a period. We have an array of pharmaceutical and surgical options for minimizing or eliminating periods, which are at best inconvenient and at worst disabling. Seriously fuck menstruation
I had a new client recently, he’s been suffering GI issues and SIBO for over 10 years, been to 10+ doctors, referred to psychiatrists…
SIBO is very easy to fix, what’s wrong with the medical system that makes someone endure chronic pain and bloating for over a decade?
I get similar reactions when I talk about having cured my endometriosis.
People would prefer you stay sick and suffering than contradict their own beliefs about allopathic care and diagnosis.
“It has no cure” = I have no idea how the human body works and how to heal it.
Often get sent tweets from people who are upset that I blocked them. “I don’t think he even cured his own schizophrenia, or was schizophrenic to begin with.”
Always have people looking out for me.
