@charliersmith1
I’ve never met you and never will.
Yet coming on here and seeing that you’re doing ok seems to matter to me a lot - this is one of the great things about Twitter.
Rooting for you.
@Stephen4_2
Such a sense of entitlement.
Killie have to give you an end. Their own fans would rather your fans weren’t there at all.
If you and your sisters can lock each other out of derbies, I hope other clubs do the same to you until you see sense (and maybe help control the bile).
1981 - On behalf of
@Morton_FC
, and possibly the whole of the rest of Scottish Football, Roy Baines has a quiet word with the
@RangersFC
fans behind the goal in a semi final at Parkhead.

The police were seen escorting them to the town centre.
Don't kid yourself - take a hard stance against this and do something.
@GreaterGlasgPol
Your officers escorted them to George Square.
They're hardly going to listen to you now.
Meanwhile my wife hasn't seen her father since Christmas, and you help that shower do as they please.
Congratulations on endorsing a superspreader event.

Nearly 8500 fans cram into Cappielow to see
@Morton_FC
win the 3rd Division with a 1-0 win over
@pfcofficial
, Scott Bannerman scoring the only goal.
Considering where we were in 2001, this was a very emotional day.

Two divisions separated
@Morton_FC
from visitors
@KilmarnockFC
in this memorable Scottish Cup tie at Cappielow. A double from Chris Templeman and a Paul McGowan goal saw us come from behind to win 3-1.
The draw gave us Motherwell away.

9th August 2003 - Morton 3-1 Airdrie United
Referee Somers gets injured, the linesman takes over (who then gave us two set pieces to score from) and a Morton fan comes on and runs the Cowshed side line.

Dad wasn't well enough to attend in 19-20 and my boy wasn't at the play-off.
Regardless of the score - this will be special.

@Morton_FC
were on the receiving end of a 4-0 hammering from a

side who would clinch the league title on the final day, two weeks later.
This was Benny Rooney's last home game in charge.

Dundee by accused of voting with Rangers by Celtic fans.
Same Dundee being accused of possibly favouring handing Celtic the title by Rangers fans.
It's really not about you two muppets - will you ever get the message?
@CelticFC
@RangersFC
@OfficialQosFC
You're fooling nobody.
You've been played for idiots by Galloway and stuck two fingers up at your support - many of whom I believe, will sponsor the club in some manner.
Be prepared for the fallout from this.

A certain
@FalkirkFC
manager returned to the ground he mysteriously departed from a couple of months earlier. This late Bob McHugh header gave
@Morton_FC
a very satisfying 1-0 win.
Always a pleasure.

There will be mention of Jimmy Gourlay's goal in 1922 this week.
His nephew, Jimmy Gourlay, also played for
@Morton_FC
.
Here he is putting us 1-0 up against Rangers in a cup tie at Cappielow in 1953.
Sadly, we did not hold on to our 17th minute lead.
21st Feb 1953
@Morton_FC
faced the now-deceased Rangers at an overflowing Cappielow in the Scottish Cup.
This early goal from Bert Gourlay (Jimmy's nephew) at the WDE put us 1-0 up. In the end the visitors won 4-1.
