It usually depends on how small u cut them, usually a decent sized thick brownie can be anywhere from 250- 450+.. i just think these calories r impressive bc they dont have any butter or cane/ fake sugars and they still taste really good

rly big omads prevent binges for me, it kinda gives me the binge high without actually binging? im a volume eater so i like to eat pretty high calorie omads to keep me full like 700-1000 calories. if you binge to the point of feeling rly full this works rly well
