@2wheelsgoodBrum What it means is that they’re sick of cyclists wasting their time with such trivial infractions. There are close passes and there are close passes. Much like there is speeding at 71mph and speeding at 101mph. I know that sounds outrageous to you but police have to be pragmatic.
