Official request/challenge for a DEBATE with @KristanHawkins on the question of whether or not abortion can be abolished without establishing equal justice for the pre-born. That is, which view ought to be adopted by all anti-abortion people? The abolitionist view, which holds that the act of abortion should be criminalized as murder, and that there should be criminal sanctions and punishments for anyone who commits that act of abortion and murders any human being (including humans in the womb) with malice aforethought, or, The pro-life view, which holds that no mother who murders her child should ever face any criminal punishment and that no law establishing equal justice for the pre-born should ever be passed if it leads to criminal sanctions and penalties for aborting mothers. I, @TRussHunter will argue for the abolitionist position, and Kristan Hawkins will argue for the pro-life position. This is an important debate and it needs to be carried out in good faith before God and man. Let’s set it up!

The North Dakota House of Representatives just killed the only bill that would have abolished abortion. Many people testifying said their reasoning was because "The Pro-Life Movement rejects this bill" That's why the PLM is the biggest obstacle to abolition.
