I just had a call with a pregnancy center director and one of her staff who saw “Abortion Free” and are convinced that abolition is the way to end abortion. She is talking about it with everyone she knows in the pro-life movement. God is great!

Righteous magistrates don’t give up the fight for justice because the world told them to go home. They fight, and fight hard, because that’s what God put them there to do, nevermind what pragmatic strategies may say. Christians should rally behind men like this.
@bradleywpierce @douglaswils If the Chairman of State Affairs and Senate leadership had a change of heart, S1059 could be heard next week. I did not agree to forgo a full hearing as a condition for getting a print hearing. I made it very clear that I wanted a full hearing but was told I would not get one.

A good reminder from the @AbolitionistFAA/@LifeBristolMin workshop today: It’s never the wrong time to do the right thing. Additionally: God wins the victories, regardless of something having “traction” (aka popularity). We’re just supposed to be faithful. So, we keep fighting.

We never know how it’s going to go out here. Maybe it will be a busy day at this place, maybe no one will come. Maybe somebody will stop to talk to us, maybe we’ll just get one-finger waves. You can go around and around with yourself wondering if you did enough, if you showed up on the right day…at the right time. Maybe if you’d done something different, said something different, had a different sign… then it would have turned out differently. You can drive yourself crazy with second guessing. I have. Sometimes I still do. What keeps me going is simple. God said we should open our mouths for the mute, to speak for those appointed for destruction. So we go, trusting in Him to do the work in people’s hearts that we can never do. We trust His word because He has promised that it never returns void.
