We are economizing by using some Army surplus pouches for our IFAK build. We can save about $7 on each IFAK we build with a surplus pouch. That adds up! We had to modify our build but it is a nice IFAK. Ukr soldiers seem to like the American made pouches. #nafo @beerdrinkingvet

Dninpro 2 reportedly much better. Cost in Ukr $41 CAT7 and SICH or Dninpro Kyiv about $18. I buy CAT7 for our IFAK and hand carry into Ukr $25.
