It doesn't look like minor danages. It looks damages on tail wings. It will require complete maintenance to replace them. The question is fo they have those spare tail wings? If they don't have them since USSR was over, this aircraft may be considered written off.

I'm in the aviation industry so I could see it straight away. Tail wings (including stablisers) are damaged. Replacing them won't be simple job as damages on the connecting positions with fuselage may also received impacts..

Those Russians wearing Ukrainian uniforms are not protected by Geneva Convention. Wearing opponent's uniform is a crime in the battlefield and those captured are not subject to POW treatments and often subject to criminal penalties or summary executions.

And the UK decided not to be a part of EU nor EEA. Iceland, Norway, Switzerland are not EU member states but they are members of EEA who are participants of Schengen agreement. EEA stands for European Economic Area and the UK is not part of it nor EU. Brexit sucks deeply.

Then Ukraine should apply the same method to Russian POWs as retaliation. Blood demands during the war time are high but Russia has a large population for blood donations.Taking organs of dying Russian soldiers for transplant purpose would be acceptable for Russian point of view?

Under Geneva Convention, it's prohibited to use the insignia or uniforms of the enemy while engaging in attacks or in order to shield, favour, protect or impede military operations. If captured out of uniform, soldiers are at risk of being treated as spies or unlawful combatants.
