This. Nostalgia is a mf. Most old games were awful. Then you had a few gems that rose to the top (Zelda, Mario, etc). We get multiple genuinely great games every year now. Frankly we’re spoiled.
And respect for mentioned It Takes Two. One the best games I’ve ever played
