Day 4 no vaping started off great! I mean Sephora red lipstick great but was hit w/some hard moments this afternoon. I've walked 13,096 steps, cleaned window ledges doorways, knobs, baseboards, light fixtures & ceiling fans. Anybody wanna come eat off the floor? I'm beating this!

Day 4 no vaping. I am hoping yesterday was the hardest. Felt sick most of the day but the support I got on here, from my family and my quitting buddy really gave me strength to push through the day. Today feels easier so far! Walking helps & quick wt lifts for sudden urges.

Our friend baby Ella is struggling mightily right now. Ella has the same brain cancer as Francesca. She was doing well w/treatment but has intubated for five weeks now and because of a very rare cryptogenic organizing pneumonia. Her family is looking for any help or guidance.
