I was told to be careful what topics I touch on as a black coach. I refuse to be silenced to make other ppl feel comfortable while I feel uncomfortable. I'm not a "yes boss" "yes Massa" type of guy. If you feel uncomfortable that's a personal issue you need to deal with.

Until trainers learn to respect other trainers work the game is going to be messed up. Especially in CT. We don’t have to live in a crab bucket. Only trainers I’m not with is the ones stealing kids money. Don’t do that to ppl. Have self respect and respect your clients.

Hey kids. If you start on Special Teams you are a Starter. Don't complain saying you don't play because that would be false. You do play and you play a lot. Special Teams is probably more important than offense or defense. Special Teams can change the game around.

To be decent you need to give the game at least 2 hours of work a day. If you cant commit and give THAT, then being GREAT is untouchable. Too many guys want big offers because their friends are getting them. Spectators don’t get the big offers. They get signed memorabilia.
