Yeah I didn’t really want to trash the thought bc i was there early on as a pitching coach. Trying to get more out of a kid, develop any sort of “torque”. The spinal engine works in its own way 🌪 & not everyone is on it, knowledge comes in a new form this day in age.

To expand on this tweet, enhanced proprioception from the CVB progressions made this correction that much easier for the athlete to feel their glute / heel staying closed much longer. This facilitated a change in stride length & an extremely athletic lead leg block
