We don't take "synthetic hormones". Synthetic estrogen has not been in use for years at this point. Every trans woman I know takes bio identical estrogen.

Most of those are fake or taken literally when the surgery is happening. I promise, healed bottom surgery usually looks much better than those photos! There's a reason the regret rate is so low.
