We’re further from the robots people imagine. Most likely will see tele-operated robot revolution and then fully autonomous. The bar for a machine to do things autonomously and better than status quo is higher than most people thing - it’s rule number one of any new product Exception: Waymo & Tesla FSD and those took 10+ years with Google and Tesla putting in 10s of billion each.

An immediate & very obvious win for @Google and @amazon would be to enable LLMs for Home & Alexa. I don’t know why they haven’t been able to do that over the last year.
