Thanks for sharing this informative tweet. To me, one of the interesting topics in pediatric migraine is the efficacy of placebo in migraine prevention. I always enjoy reading this paper showing significant reduction in number of headaches with placebo:

Always search murmurs on youtube! One great hint that worked for me was this: There is always a pause after S2 in healthy and that pause would be diastole. If you hear murmur during that pause it's diastolic murmur. Once you realize it's systolic or diastolic you can find answer!

Interesting study! I read about the ASO targeting CUG expansion on DMPK mRNA. This can be a new approach. I'm just wondering if the authors assessed the off-target effects if their ASO! I couldn't find it in the manuscript
