@54xuec @_240_ それは日本の場合は、各研究室で事務スタッフ雇う人事権とのトレードオフになっていると思います。その人事権を取り上げて学科単位とか学部単位でやれば可能なんだと思いますが、日本の多くの大学だと一旦与えた裁量を奪うのは難しいだろうなとか感じます。
