Oklahoma Co. D.A. Vicki Behenna has filed a motion for a new trial for Glynn Simmons. He was convicted in 1975 of the murder of an Edmond liquor store clerk in the summer of 1974. Behenna says there was a police report that was not previously turned over at trial. 1/2
