Extreme weather has always been the norm. Check out the great flood of 1894 that was by FAR the most extreme flooding to ever hit BC. If the exact same flood happened today, anyone not pegging it on climate change would be dehumanized into submission.

I work on FN water systems in the province with half of Canada's Reserves. It's impossible for the federal government to solve because they don't know what to do. What's needed is for a private sector engineering company to work with each FN community that needs help. Works here.
