I am a lot older than you, but growing up in the 90s, I was always so drawn to the beautiful models in magazines. My young mind didn't understand that they were underweight, and that's why they looked so pretty. It is also ingrained in my mind.

If it helps you from an outside view, you are extremely tiny! I would stare at you because you're so beautiful. I can tell you're disordered. Fight those voices! You are thin. You are enough 🫂

What's it like to wake up and not have negative thoughts about your body and food? It's been over 20 years for me. The thoughts never go away. I see my ed as a blessing and a curse. I think I would have ended up with an ed even without trauma. I believe I was predisposed to it.

Oh poor baby. Wishing for a fast recovery! Puppy needs to rest tho. Sometimes I give my dog a little antihistamine to calm them down when they're injured or itching bad. You can look up a proper dose

Yes, I understand this feeling. Not only physically, but I walk around in a constant state of guilt if I'm not actively losing weight and doing my very best. I don't know any other way to remove those feelings. I just work with them
