I started my 5th round of radiation this week. When I finish in 2 wks, I will have been away from my family nearly 12 weeks over the past 5.5 yrs for radiation treatment alone. This doesn't count 3 brain surgeries, lobectomy, biopsies, chemo, and TKI. Surviving LC is hard.

As patients, we should all be outraged at the outcomes here. Of 15 ROS1+ patients, ONE received a ROS1 TKI as 1L treatment. Of 42 ALK+ patients, 3 did.

Rare?
Leptomeningeal incidence is almost 10X that of glioblastoma.
