Read the Issacson biography. He doesn't own mansion or yachts. He doesn't spend his money on luxuries. Hell, he doesn't even take vacations. As weird as it sounds, his only motivation is saving humanity. From climate change, from planetary disasters, from AI, from authoritarianism. He is the richest because of the value of stock he holds in his companies. Companies that make money, yes, but have a higher purpose. If he sells his stock, then he loses voting power and as a result his ability to drive the company to succeed with its mission.

@RandomPodPerson @AutismCapital I don't think so. I think if you are focused and build a successful organization it's doable without being ruthless. You must be assertive and probably an occasional asshole though.
