I’ve turned around all my metabolic markers significantly by eating Whole Foods,intermittent fasting, and 20k steps a day. Gladly went off low dose statin. Unfortunately LDL went from 120 to 175 so getting pushback that the LDL level will kill me. What can I say to convince?

I joined august first after hearing about it on a podcast. Been very happy so far. This is definitely the direction healthcare needs to go. I say this as someone who sold traditional health insurance nearly 20 years.
